MEET THE convenient, yonge/st. clair.

Thinking of moving to a new neighbourhood? Take a peak at this beautiful community.

Toronto is an incredibly diverse city and the Yonge St.Clair corridor is one of best examples. Almost every demographic can be found in this amazing neighbourhood. Sure, I’m biased because I love strolling beyond my Yorkville “hood” and meandering along Bloor to St. Clair to the north along Yonge. This area is known as part of midtown Toronto. It’s located between the downtown core and uptown neighbourhoods.

The Yonge St. Clair Corridor blends retail and residential lifestyle buyers who are seeking a prime location. Its perfect for young professionals, growing families needing more space, or empty nesters seeking luxe living. Its home to some of the best furniture and interior design shops as well. So if you’re looking to buy a home or condo anywhere in the city of Toronto then you may end up in the Yonge St. Clair corridor anyways buying some of your furniture and decor. Its also home to some really cool fashion boutiques, incredible restaurants and a lot of places for the java lovers. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous Ramsden Park.

And the real estate, well the real estate here is something pretty incredible too. Especially if you are looking for a condo, this is a great place to live with many choices and different price points. When you are ready to buy here, I can be your guide. The only bad news about this corridor is that you won’t find any bargains here. Data is based on Average MLS Sale Price in 2016.

The shops and restaurants of the Yonge/St.  Clair corridor are famous around the city. People who live in other neighbourhoods flock to the area in droves to enjoy what Yonge & St. Clair has to offer, especially on evenings and weekends. How awesome is it when you can leave your car parked at home and enjoy everything Yonge St. Clair has because its all within walking distance?

Great shopping, restaurants, and take-out food like All The Best Fine Foods are great for salads, amazing desserts and breads. This shop is one of the legendary “Five Thieves”, a name given to some local shops just south of Summerhill. All The Best Fine Foods anchors the Five Thieves and are famous because the selection is so good that many residents go overboard buying their food. They can’t help themselves!

Once you’ve visited the Five Thieves of the Yonge/St. Clair corridor you’ll want to pick something up to drink. This Toronto neighbourhood has a premier LCBO for wine lovers. It has a grand selection of wines, cooking classes, and wine tastings. Not to mention the fact that its located in a grand renovated railway station.
